What is the status of my order?
Immediately after your order we send out an email confirmation receipt which gives more information on the expected ETA of your purchase. Since our promotions are heavily discounted and often times come directly from the developer/manufacturer, shipping times can sometimes take up to 3 weeks for US orders and 4 weeks for orders outside the US.
I’m not from the US, can an item still be sent to me?
It really depends on the deal. Some sellers offer it, while others don’t. The best way to find out if the deal is shippable to your country is by reading the terms section on the deal page. If the terms state that the deal ships to the continental US only, then International shipping is not available for that specific deal. We try as hard as we can to offer as much International Shipping as possible! Even though not all deals can ship Internationally, all of our digital goods are available to everyone.
I think my order is lost, what do I do?
While we do our best to make sure your order arrives, there are rare occasions where an order gets lost. If that is the case, please contact us and we will track it down.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the unique selection of products we carry, our return policies are specific to individual items and some even have a No Refund Policy. In special circumstances, such as fraudulent charges or duplicate purchases, we can offer a refund. The Refund Policy will always be stated in the TERMS section of the deal page or on the product detail page, at checkout, in your order history, or by contacting us by emailing email@example.com. Digital items, made-to-order or one-of-a-kind items are not eligible for return.
I received my product but it appears damaged, what do I do?
If any item arrives in less than perfect condition, please notify us by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do all we can to remedy the situation. Given the limited quantities of many of our products, a replacement may not always be possible.
Is there a fee for returns?
No. When an eligible item is returned, your card will be credited for the purchase price plus any applicable sales taxes. You will not be refunded for initial shipping costs, but no additional shipping fees will be assessed.
Do shipped items have warranties?
Warranties originate from the manufacturer/developer and vary from product to product. To find our if your specific item has a warranty, please contact the manufacturer/developer. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact us .
How do I activate my software?
Most of the software on our site is offered in virtual form, meaning you simply need to download the product, install it, then enter the serial number.
